Welcome to Carvero Auto Care LLC ("Carvero", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile automotive services and our website at carveromobile.com (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Carvero provides mobile automotive maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to:

  • Oil changes and filter replacements
  • Tire rotations and services
  • Battery testing and replacement
  • Multi-point vehicle inspections
  • Other automotive services as described on our website

Services are performed at your location (home, office, or other agreed-upon location) within our designated service areas in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

2. Service Areas

Our services are currently available in select areas of Monmouth County, New Jersey. Service availability is subject to change. You can check if your location is within our service area on our website or by contacting us directly.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Making a Booking

You can schedule services by calling us at (732) 328-4054 or texting us. When booking a service, you must provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and service requirements.

3.2 Service Appointments

We will confirm your appointment via text message or phone call. Appointment times are estimates and may be subject to change based on traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged, and we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Pricing for services is provided at the time of booking and may vary based on your vehicle make, model, and the specific services requested. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any confirmed booking will honor the quoted price.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website or communicated to you. Payment is due at the time of booking. Adjustments to the final amount may be made after service completion based on additional services you request during the appointment or services that can no longer be performed due to vehicle condition or other circumstances identified during service.

4.3 Additional Charges

If additional work or parts are needed beyond the originally scheduled service, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding. You will be responsible for any additional charges for approved work.

5. Service Location Requirements

You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible location for service. The location must:

  • Be a flat, level surface suitable for automotive work
  • Have adequate lighting if service is scheduled during evening hours
  • Provide reasonable access to the vehicle
  • Be free from hazards that could endanger our technicians

We reserve the right to decline service or reschedule if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the requested work.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and service requirements
  • Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
  • Provide access to the vehicle and any necessary keys or access codes
  • Inform us of any known issues or concerns with your vehicle
  • Ensure pets are secured and away from the service area

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Service Warranty

We stand behind our work. If you experience any issues related to our service within 30 days of service completion, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and, if determined to be related to our service, will remedy the situation at no additional charge.

7.2 Parts Warranty

Parts supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with warranty claims as needed. Parts supplied by you (customer-provided parts) are not covered by any warranty from Carvero.

7.3 Limitations

Our warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, or services performed by third parties after our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carvero Auto Care LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your vehicle or personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of our Services
  • Any pre-existing conditions or defects in your vehicle that we did not cause

Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Issues

We perform a visual inspection of your vehicle before beginning service. If we identify any pre-existing damage or issues, we will document them and inform you. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues that arise due to the age or condition of your vehicle.

10. Insurance and Indemnification

Carvero maintains appropriate business insurance. However, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carvero, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your vehicle's condition, your provision of inaccurate information, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our communications, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Carvero Auto Care LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at carveromobile.com/privacy-policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Carvero Auto Care LLC regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
